The five-day National Horticulture Fair organized by Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR) and Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR) will take place from February 8 to 11 at the IIHR campus in Hesaraghatta, Bengaluru.
The theme of the fair is ‘Horticulture for Start-Up and Stand-Up India.
The fair aims at knowledge sharing on innovations in horticulture through showcasing of technologies and demonstrations, scientists-farmers-stakeholders discussions on emerging challenges in horticulture for effective dissemination of horticulture technologies, and providing common platform to the service providers in the area.
The virtual fair will have about 211 demonstration plots with IIHR varieties and technologies.
